The location in the prime downtown area is fantastic, with easy access to the shopping areas and transportation. The hotel facilities are great, with spacious and nicely furnished apartments equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and provided a personal touch, made me feel at ease. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and the BTS. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Breakfast served in the room was convenient. The staff were helpful and accommodating, assisting with airport transfers and providing useful information.

The location of the hotel is superb, with easy access to the main shopping areas and just a short walk from the BTS station. Cleaning staff were attentive and the room and bathroom were spacious and well-maintained. The breakfast options were great, with the choice of the small restaurant or room service. The facilities, such as the roof garden and pool, added an extra touch of relaxation to our stay.
Two of the three bed mattresses were not the most comfortable.

This hotel's elegant and spacious rooms were perfect for a luxurious stay in the heart of the city. the fully functioning kitchen was a plus, although with the cheap food in Bangkok, I ate out every day. the rooftop swimming pool and patio area provided a lovely place to relax, and the comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep. the location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the Chit Lom BTS station.
While the breakfast was nice, the delivery could have been more generous. the air conditioning took a while to start working and the sidewalk/neighbourhood around the hotel was a bit dangerous, with missing tiles and holes in the floor.

Great location, close to BTS station and shopping mall with food court, grocery store, 7-11, coffee shops. Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient amenities like spa with thermal rooms and infinity pool. Amazing assistance with airport transfers and late check-outs.
